In compliance with the duty of information set forth in Article 10 of Law 34\/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that the Website (hereinafter, the \u201cWeb\u201d) is owned by VT BATTERIES, S.L., with registered office at C\/ VALLE DE TOBALINA, N\u00ba 10; 09001 BURGOS and Tax Identification Number B09538950.<\/p>

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE PARTIES<\/p>

The present General Conditions of Use of the services offered on the URL www.vtpower.es (hereinafter the PORTAL) are subscribed to by the owner of the domain, VT BATTERIES, S.L. (hereinafter THE ENTITY), whose contact email is: sistemas@vtpower.es.<\/p>

The USER is considered to be a natural person with the capacity to validly enter into a contract in accordance with the applicable law.<\/p>

You may not use the Website and may not accept the Terms if:<\/p>

\u00b7 Is not of legal age and cannot enter into a legally binding contract, or<\/p>

- Does not meet the quality of USER as stated.<\/p>

The entirety of this website: text, images, trademarks, graphics, logos, buttons, software files, color combinations, structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of its contents, object code, and source code; are the property of THE ENTITY or of third parties, and their reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation are prohibited, except for personal and private use, with the USER being obliged to respect the stipulations in the Legal Notice found on the PORTAL, which is incorporated into these Conditions by reference from this section. THE ENTITY reserves, in all cases, the exercise of any legal means or actions it deems appropriate in defense of its legitimate intellectual and industrial property rights.<\/p>

10. HYPERLINKS<\/p>

The USER undertakes not to reproduce, in any way whatsoever, not even by means of a hyperlink or hypertext link, the PORTAL, nor any of its contents, unless expressly authorized in writing by THE ENTITY.<\/p>

The PORTAL may include links to other websites, managed by third parties, in order to facilitate User access to information from collaborating and\/or sponsoring companies. Accordingly, THE ENTITY is not responsible for the content of said websites, nor does it assume a guarantor or seller position for the services and\/or information that may be offered to third parties through third-party links.<\/p>

The USER is granted a limited, revocable and non-exclusive right to create links to the home page of the Web Space exclusively for private and non-commercial use. Websites that include a link to our WEBSITE (i) may not misrepresent their relationship or claim that such a link has been authorized, or include trademarks, trade names, trade names, logos or other distinctive signs of THE COMPANY; (ii) may not include content that may be considered distasteful, obscene, offensive, controversial, inciting violence or discrimination based on sex, race or religion, contrary to public order or unlawful; (iii) may not link to any page of the Web Site other than the home page; (iv) must link to the address of the Web Site, without allowing the Web Site that makes the link to reproduce the Web Site as part of its website or within one of its \u201cframes\u201d or create a \u201cbrowser\u201d on any of the pages of the Web Site. These terms and conditions are drafted in Spanish and are subject to current Spanish law.
