Warranty Coverage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The warranty is a service offered by the manufacturer and covers exclusively manufacturing and\/or material defects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty coverage not applicable<\/strong> under the following circumstances, considered as misuse, poor maintenance or external damage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Physical damage, such as bumps, cracks or scratches<\/strong> on the battery housing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Incorrect application<\/strong> (example: using a standard battery in a vehicle with Start-Stop technology, which requires AGM\/EFB).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Inadequate battery capacity<\/strong> for excess or deficiency with respect to the requirements of the vehicle or application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Negligence, accident, abuse or abnormal use<\/strong> of the item, including prolonged storage of the item, including prolonged storage no periodic recharges<\/strong> or lack of regular maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Use of a unsuitable, defective charger<\/strong> or application of a inadequate load curve<\/strong> for battery technology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Incomplete loading cycles<\/strong> o repeated deep discharges<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Insufficient maintenance<\/strong> (electrolyte level below the required level), presence of dirt or sulfation<\/strong> in the terminals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Opening or manipulation<\/strong> of batteries designed to be sealed products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Important Note:<\/strong> The date of manufacture of the battery does not constitute, under any circumstances, a valid reason for a warranty claim or return. The warranty period starts to run only from the date of sale<\/strong> to the end customer. In case of replacement, the replaced battery shall be covered by the remaining period<\/strong> of the original warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Warranty Application Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To handle any warranty claim, the customer must follow the following protocol:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    I have reformulated and improved the Warranty Application Procedure<\/strong> for VTBATTERIES<\/strong>making it clearer, more professional, and keeping the contact email address in pedidos@vtpower.es<\/strong>. I have incorporated the figure of the commercial representative and the new deadline for the diagnosis of 14 working days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Here is the revised version for your warranty policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Warranty Application and Management Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must follow the notification and documentation protocol detailed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Notification of Anomaly<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • If you have a Commercial Representative:<\/strong> The customer must contact your sales representative directly<\/strong> and inform him\/her of the anomaly. The representative will be in charge of the initial management and will act as a liaison point with VTBATTERIES.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • If you do not have a Commercial Representative:<\/strong> As soon as the malfunction or anomaly is detected, the customer should immediately contact us via e-mail: pedidos@vtpower.es<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      2. Required Documentation<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

      The notification, either through the representative or by e-mail, must include the following information in order to process the request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • The complete purchase data (Invoice or Delivery Note Number<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A detailed technical description<\/strong> of the problem or failure detected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Clear images<\/strong> of the installation and the condition of the battery that is the subject of the claim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        3. Inspection and Technical Diagnosis<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        1. Product Pickup:<\/strong> VTBATTERIES<\/strong> coordinate the collection of the part in claim<\/strong> by courier service. The customer also has the option of sending the product by his own means, assuming the initial shipping costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Evaluation:<\/strong> The product will be evaluated and diagnosed by the supplier at our technical facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Deadline:<\/strong> The maximum period for technical diagnosis is up to 14 working days.<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          4. Resolution<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n

          Once the check has been completed, VTBATTERIES<\/strong> communicate the resolution to the customer or commercial representative, as appropriate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • If the defect is covered by warranty<\/strong> (attributable to production): The following will be carried out replenishment<\/strong> of the product at no cost to the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • If the defect is not covered by the warranty<\/strong> (anomaly not attributable to manufacturing, according to the defined exclusions): The battery will be returned to the customer. In this case, the customer you will have to pay the shipping costs<\/strong> associated with the pick-up and return shipping service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
