In April 2025, VT Batteries signed a sub-licensing agreement with ZF Group<\/strong> y Chloride Egypt S.A.E<\/strong>recognized as the country's largest battery manufacturer and a benchmark in energy solutions. This agreement designates Chloride as the exclusive distributor of Lucas Batteries in Egypt, marking a decisive step in the introduction of the brand in one of the fastest growing automotive markets in the region.<\/p>


With its extensive national network and industry capabilities, Chloride Egypt offers a solid platform for a quick and tailored launch in the local market, ensuring that Lucas Batteries effectively and reliably reaches both professionals and consumers. VT Batteries, ZF Group and Chloride join forces to drive the future of the automotive aftermarket in Egypt.<\/p>

-Tunisia - Partner: JPA (JOMAA Group)<\/strong><\/h5>

In June 2025, VT Batteries announced a new partnership with JPA, part of the JOMAA Group, a company with almost 40 years of experience in the tire and automotive sector in Tunisia. Through this partnership, JPA has added the Lucas Batteries range to its portfolio, adding a high-performance and internationally recognized product.
