In April 2025, VT Batteries signed a sub-licensing agreement with ZF Group y Chloride Egypt S.A.Erecognized as the country's largest battery manufacturer and a benchmark in energy solutions. This agreement designates Chloride as the exclusive distributor of Lucas Batteries in Egypt, marking a decisive step in the introduction of the brand in one of the fastest growing automotive markets in the region.

-Tunisia - Partner: JPA (JOMAA Group)

In June 2025, VT Batteries announced a new partnership with JPA, part of the JOMAA Group, a company with almost 40 years of experience in the tire and automotive sector in Tunisia. Through this partnership, JPA has added the Lucas Batteries range to its portfolio, adding a high-performance and internationally recognized product.
