Cobertura
Cobertura de la garantía
The warranty is a service offered by the manufacturer and covers exclusively manufacturing and/or material defects.
Warranty coverage NO aplica under the following circumstances, considered as misuse, poor maintenance or external damage:
Daños físicos, tales como golpes, roturas o raspaduras en la carcasa de la batería.
Incorrect application del producto (ej.: usar una batería estándar en un vehículo Start-Stop, que requiere AGM/EFB).
Capacidad inadecuada for excess or deficiency with respect to the requirements of the vehicle or application.
Negligence, accident, abuse or abnormal use, incluido el almacenamiento prolongado sin recargas periódicas o falta de mantenimiento.
Use of a cargador no apto o defectuoso, o una curva de carga inadecuada para la tecnología de la batería.
Incomplete loading cycles o descargas profundas repetidas.
Insufficient maintenance (nivel de electrolito bajo), suciedad o sulfatación en los terminales.
Opening or manipulation of batteries designed to be sealed products.
Nota importanteLa fecha de fabricación del acumulador no constituye, bajo ninguna circunstancia, un motivo válido para la solicitud de garantía o devolución. El periodo de garantía comienza a regir únicamente a partir de la fecha de venta al cliente final. En caso de reposición, la batería sustituida estará cubierta por el remaining period of the original warranty.
