We process the data you provide us through the contact form (name, email, phone number, and message), as well as browsing data through cookies, for the following purposes:

Respond to inquiries and requests for information (legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b/f GDPR).
Manage orders, invoicing, warranties, and shipment tracking in the business relationship (legal basis: performance of contract and legal obligations, Art. 6.1.b/c GDPR).
Send commercial communications about products and news, only with prior consent or existing commercial relationship (legal basis: consent or legitimate interest, art. 6.1.a GDPR / art. 21 LSSI).
Analyze website usage to improve it (legal basis: consent for non-essential cookies).

3. Data Conservation

The data is retained for the necessary period for each purpose: contact inquiries (max. 3 years), business relationship (5 years according to commercial obligations / 4 years tax obligations), commercial communications (until consent is withdrawn), and navigation (see Cookies Policy).
