Warranty Terms
Warranty periods are subject to the following terms and conditions Capacities (C20)The battery is then shipped with the brand and the specific application of the batteries, as detailed below:

Coverage
The warranty is a service offered by the manufacturer and covers exclusively manufacturing and/or material defects.
Warranty coverage Does NOT apply under the following circumstances, considered as misuse, poor maintenance or external damage:
Physical damage, such as dents, cracks, or scratches on the battery casing.
Incorrect application of the product (e.g., using a standard battery in a Start-Stop vehicle, which requires an AGM/EFB battery).
Insufficient capacity for excess or deficiency with respect to the requirements of the vehicle or application.
Negligence, accident, abuse or abnormal use, including prolonged storage without periodic recharging or lack of maintenance.
Use of a inappropriate or defective charger, or a charging curve that is unsuitable for the battery technology.
Incomplete loading cycles or repeated deep discharges.
Insufficient maintenance (low electrolyte level), dirt, or sulfation on the terminals.
Opening or manipulation of batteries designed to be sealed products.
Important NoteThe battery's date of manufacture does not constitute, under no circumstances, constitutes a valid reason for a warranty claim or return. The warranty period begins on only as of the date of sale to the end customer. In the event of a replacement, the replaced battery will be covered by the remaining period of the original warranty.
